Declaration of consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Art. 7 OF REGULATION 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL

I hereby agree that my personal data, in particular name, address, and email address, are processed by 7Elements Consulting for the performance of a contract for purchased goods or ordered services, as well as for the sending of information and advertising messages for products and services of 7Elements Consulting. I hereby provide my consent for the period necessary to perform the pre-contractual or contractual relationship between me and 7Elements Consulting and thereafter for the shorter of: either 1) the envisaged period for storing contract documents under the tax and accounting legislation for the period of 5 years.

I am informed that I can withdraw my consent at any time by sending an email to [email protected]  and that my request may not cause the controller to cease processing my personal data as long as such processing is mandated under another legal basis such as the performance of peremptory obligations of the controller or the public interest.
