What happens to your data after you contact us?
When you send us a message through the contact form on our website or send us an email, we store your data for the time it takes to process your request and to answer any follow-up questions you may have. We will not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent!
Storing your data
Please note that in order to ease the order and purchase process and the subsequent fulfillment of our contract with you, we store your IP address as well as your name, address, email address and data about your payment method, such as your credit card number.
The information you provide is necessary for us so we can fulfill our pre-contractual or contractual obligations towards you. We do not provide this data to third parties, except to
- payment processors or payment service providers,
- the courier company with which we forward your purchase to you,
- Our accountant and
- CloudCart LLC., which are our data processor according to GDPR, and with which we have a respective contract in place.
In the case of an incomplete order, we shall store the data you have entered for 30 days, and we reserve the right to periodically inform you about your order’s status, or your options as a consequence thereof. Upon completion of an order and, given a fulfilled contract, on the legal basis of Article 6, para. 1 (a) and (b) of the GDPR we shall keep all the details of the legal relationship with you until the expiration of the period of 10 years as provided for in Art. 12 of the Accountancy Act.
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are loaded into the browser and stored on your terminal equipment. They are harmless. We use them to keep our website easy to use.
